I have distinct feeling that the author doesn’t know how big Lindwurm is supposed to be.
Unless shrinkingfication magic is at play, either the city on the back would be only dollhouses, or MC would be, compared to the dragon, so tiny he could cosplay as microbe.
OK this looks interresting, but is the MC so beaten that he lets his beast call him Mama. This is big hit for the parental issue.
