Okay, I like the head strategist because he´s not doing the “I feel threatened so I will take out this guy that´s better than me” thing.
He´s thinking straight, and using logic by bringing points that through a situation that would look suspicious from the perspective of an outsider like he is
And although he´s willingly to admit he´s jealous, he´s using pretty good points. Also, instead of just blindly attacking the MC he´s willing to give him the position of a strategist so he can be monitored secretly
