I love this kind of stuff. When a stronger antagonist acknowledges weak non combatant MC. They should make more of this stuff

why would the heavenly demon acknowledge the murim scholar? I mean yeah they met each other on the battlefield and the murim scholar is very smart, but he don’t have power to back it up. We saw that he’s almost completely unable to use martial arts, and almost died to a fat weak martial artist that wasn’t even a soldier. So how the heavenly demon exepct him to be at the same stand as him?
