Review up to Chapter 22 | 5/5 ⭐
Whoa, this is good! For 22 chapters, the story is already 10/10 for me. The Seinen tag doesn’t lie.
The author approaches this story from the perspective of a mature man, not like other stories where the MC is a typical beta and a brainless fool. For a 30+ year-old isekai lover like me, this kind of story is what I’m looking for.
At least for now, there are no school-life elements despite the tag. Maybe the MC will enter a mage academy in the future? I hope it won’t ruin the story…
So far, I’m really enjoying this. Hopefully the author can keep this qualit
y going.

This is an ok manga, it has good art, and can be a little heart warming, but none of the characters act like the mc was just a slave, and his “wife” who they are both forced into being, who is shown to have been beaten by their former husband before they died, and has been shown to have severe trauma from that immediately trusts the much bigger, much stronger man immediately for no reason. The child aswell is also shown to have trauma from being abused, and immediately trusts the mc aswell, who is again, much bigger, and much stronger, with nearly 0 hesitation.
In short, characters dont feel real, art is good, idea is good, i would recommend reading if your ok with characters that dont have a solid identity other than what the story needs
