This is the first chapter that doesn’t make any sense. So the guy hired an a spy organization (that leaked his plans and is unprofessional/untrustworthy) to drug his brother, when his brother could have just taken the drugs. Like, you don’t need spies for that, just tell your bro to take the drugs, it’s even more moral than drugging your brother without consent.
Also, there are straight up performance enhancing drugs in this world with no clear drawbacks? Hmmm… Maybe they’re expensive? Why aren’t they common?
