With the timeline bs, I really don’t get the point of all of this 
MC gets stronger. MC faces challenges. We know MC doesn’t die from them.
We know others leave the tower.
Uhh what tension?
Maybe we’re supposed to be afraid of what kind of God MC turns into…
But he’s the MC, not the villain
