The Tutorial is Too Hard

Note to Self: As of Chapter 143. This is the one about the MC trapped in Hell Difficulty in a Tutorial Tower. DUH right? But this is one of the better trapped in a game / Gods interfering / World getting wrecked stories of this kind of genre. The art is consistent and good, the translation is consistent and good, and the story is consistent. The biggest critique people have had is the pacing and time skips, but you think they are well done and needed to tell the story. The MC is one of the better MCs of this genre, because he’s not dense ( Tiny bit of Romance ), deals with situations intelligently ( Although there is some plot armor ), and actually has a unique personality. Side characters are meh, but different enough to not be just filler. The world-building is pretty cool, but it’s SLOWLY revealing itself, so it’s kind of a slog. And some of the fight scenes/floor clears are downright boring and skippable. (Make a side note of chapters to skip).

You like this one, because the leveling system is pretty neat and the story arcs are just long enough to not get annoying before resolution. Also, the main story is intriguing, but the side stories are just as interesting. Although there are times when you skip ahead because the story arc isn’t appealing, overall, it keeps your attention.

You always forget about this one, see how many chapters there are to it, and find it daunting, and then skip over it. Finally, you are working through it, and even though it appeals to you and frightens you like starting “One Piece” or “Bleach,” you’ve decided to slog through it. Probably re-readable ( although it wasn’t appealing when writing this ) and bookmarked.
