Weren’t the super humans preparing for this? You would think that being a emergency response force some of them would appear at least .
I know MC won’t die even if he ‘dies’ beause this stage clear condition is to ‘die’ so he’ll just move up again, so it makes a lot of sense to use his life to gain more info.
BUT, I kinda want to see what would happen if MC, who has a much tougher body, mind and spirit, tried to do a “No U” and absorb all the energy from this Esper/Origin instead
I kinda fell bad for the esper, he just wanna save his planet, only for some guy to broke his barrier and watch as the asteroid falls. Now that the esper became a blob because of over charging, our MC be like “Oh, you became a monster because of me, let me kill you because you are ugly. But hold on, let me extract some information out of you first”
I know this stage was just a recreation of past history, so MC didn’t feel the need to save the planet, but come on😅
Speculating, but… Origins are failed gods that consumed too much faith energy, and sucked out the entire planet’s lifeforce. Gods and apostles have to kill them because otherwise they become a threat to all planets and dimensions?
