my prediction is that the skill needs a medium right now and it’s restrained and another word for restrained is restricted and if the skill is still restricted then it could be unrestricted and not need a medium an f then he can summon the wifu from the first floor
I think now he is willing to revive horny lizard but he wants to get stronger first cuz they only get revived for a limited time so he doesnt want to waste her time / moment
