seems like she loves him but doesn’t know what that actually is so she doesn’t really know how to quantify it, instead she’s falling back to the only thing she does know which is to act like an entitled child even into adulthood. I’m sure as the manga progresses, she’ll begin to realize what the feeling is slowly but surely with some heaping helpings of denial.
So it seems like the princess Bride syndrome but on a whole new level. Like if you watched the movie and she kept calling him “Farm Boy” as she made pointless request just because she could. Its kind of like that toxic behavior of someone constantly testing you to see how close they can get to your line
