That math made 0 sense. If you take what he said literally you get the same effect no matter how many swords are present so there’s nothing to stack but he had appeared stronger. Unless they meant that every sword after is affected (meaning 1 sword =100%, 2 sword = 150%, 3 sword = 175%) but if that’s the case there should have been a more explanatory way to explain that.
His initial gaol was to become strong enough to fight by the Hero Lynns side.
He is already several times stronger and could take on all possible enemies, so wtf is he doing?
If he doesn’t care about her anymore, he could at least tell her.
But don’t make some corny ass promise and act like too busy to even answer a letter, das just mean.
i think mc forgot a member of the enemy organization is here… like… idk what he thinks will happen she’ll tell this to the church and mc will just become an even bigger threat….
If there are diminishing returns then there is a limit cause once you’re at the 1000th sword it’s adding 0.000001 of a stat point, so essentially nothing.

MC is a moron.
In a religious nation where the church has deemed blacksmiths as worthless, only sacred weapons bestowed by blessings are suitable for killing monsters.
Then comes along the MC who flips that logic on its head and then suddenly the Pope wants to meet the MC.
Now I can see the MC being deemed a heretic, but the reason he’s a moron is because he’s showing off the current extent of his power (which is a lot and therefore a clear threat to any governing organisation) to a woman who serves the church and could very easily be a spy.
He is basically begging to be assassinated or executed.
