It is ok-ish, and kinda feels finished. It is nowhere near “weakest”, of course. Do I regret reading 163 chapters? No. Would I do that again? Also no.

these “weakest job” type mangas always get it wrong, they don’t even try to make the job seem bad or useless before they absolutely trip over themselves trying to make it the most overpowered ability in the whole universe. anyone that isn’t a total moron could see the utility of mc’s ability, which is true for pretty much all of these types of mangas. it really breaks immersion when mr. “weakest class” makes the worlds sturdiest bed like 4 chapters into the manga or whatever.
TL;DR these types of manga always have bad writing and this one is no exception. 4/10 \ 2/5
The first few chapters were long, then all of a sudden each chapter is tiny.

I liked the blacksmith stuff in the beginning but after that is just down to cliff

I cant help but have a theory that the evil dude is a blacksmith as well…
Ever since MC was able to defeat the blue stone monsters…
It was also mentioned that the last blacksmith appeared a decade ago and that there no records of him….
What if every one looked down on the blacksmith back then and may be betrayed him like leave him to die in a dungeon or something like that and than he went rouge.
I mean he uses the spear in the same way mc uses his swords
Ok, my official review as of chapter 119

It’s another story of, “I got the worst class but its actually amazing”. It’s done pretty decently well as far as these series go so I can give that a bit of a pass as it’s only overpowered to an extent.
The action is top tier when it actually happens. These fights are very fun, and loaded with great visuals that really help you feel the impact of the attacks. The designs for the enemies and even the mc’s full power modes are really good too. But because of the Slice of life tag, its not the focus so we don’t get it too often.
Characters are pretty decent as they actually try to develop some of them. Though some are extremely easy to forget about. Except for the pope, a single bad translation made sure I never forgot the pope.
Plot gets confused a bit here and there because it’s trying to be a “slice of life” with this heavy focus on discrimination for blacksmiths or evil monsters invading. It’s a bit too much tension and drama for a slice of life series to the point where you should probably just cut down on the slice of life stuff.
Chapters are also very short, smallest I’ve seen is about 9 pages. So don’t be expecting a long read despite the current chapter numbers. Also translation dips out here and there, its not the worst translations I’ve seen and we get some pretty funny text from it (Example: The image below).
I do recommend it, its a pretty decent read.
Ok if you are coming in to read action and fighting your wrong I kid you not your lucky to get 1 fight scene every 10 chapters besides that its really good has good characters decent plot and bitchs but since I like action I give this a 5/10
After reading the reviews, start with Overgeared. You might hate the asshole MC early on, but he grows and matures enough for people to start following and believing in him. It’s epic.
Weakest blacksmith vs strongest hero
The ONLY appealing thing with this manga is its TITLE.
The plot is so boring, no surpriaes nor twist, so readable and lack of details. The text or translation is bare minimum. Drawings are soso (no fans service), Harem tagged wanna be but failed miserably.
And what worse is its PAGE PER CHAPTER. Its only 10 pages per chapter. So short! So less! I read 25 chapters within 10 min. While it release 1 chapter per week (?)
Then what thing I could recommend this one for? NOTHING!
