Lloyds missing, three panels later he’s dead.
His master is one a manipulative and possessive asshole, nothing he does is good enough, in order to separate him from his friends she lets them think he’s dead. She’s the real antagonist of the story, are we sure she’s not the Demon Lord?

His friends have been trying their hardest to break him of his horrible self esteem he has because of her, and she’s right back at her old tricks ruining him again.
Arguably worse his her friend is going around telling all his friends that he’s dead.
She seems to see herself as something of a mother figure, and if so she is one horrible parent

i think Merlin is a mother figure and lloyd more like a son to her, besides being master and student.
