So hold up. What in the world happened to his ex gf? I remember she was gonna be with Crack/Rift but then MC saved her and we havent seen her since….she didnt even show up to the farewell party?
Why not? In fact, she’s had nothing to do with anything even the last climax other than being saved by MC and his best bud.
If she was so useless (which she was, barely even a character) why even bother in the first place?
That makes any idea of their weak romance as now obviously author contrived carrot and stick for male audiences at the start of the story.
