To all. A reverse-harem is also called an incel. What you mean is male harem.

Things about harems:

Male harem: A woman can only be pregnant with the child of one man at a time. Each pregnancy has the high risk to kill the mother (changed only through modern medicine). So too many pregnancies are ill advised. But technically the man she hasn’t children with has no incentive to support her and her children.
That being said if she can pull it off to gather simps, it is beneficial for her as she isn’t reliant on one supporter to raise her children.

Female harem: Theoretically a man can impregnate several woman a day, and has no risk in reproducing, while a woman is pregnant for around 10 months, and risks dieing. But in a female harem there are other women that can raise her offspring even if she doesn’t survive childbirth.
