I bet she’s the necromancer and the zombies turned against her cause she didn’t have full control of her power, orrrrr she’s one of the necromancers’ smart zombies and seem so human like that’s it’s hard to tell if Shes a zombie or not.

i am guessing she is a monster that is not able to leave this place so she charmed people to build up the village.
