I think the blonde girl had been spreading lies to the men and that’s what glasses guy was referring to when he realised it was in fact a lie.
Even if flowers have nothing to do with it, but it’s becoming rather clear that the heroine is rotten to the core. The MC is proving to be a kind young lady, rumors are beginning to appear about the MC being the opposite likely brought up by the heroine.
My guess is, that the Flowers show the general affection they hold and not the affection for the heroine. The affection is most likely for the MC. But the problem with this theory is, that the prince didn’t have any affection at all in the beginning, so I’m not sure.
The reincarnated heroine is kinda getting annoying to those male protagonists so I doubt they would vouche for her.
Still how convenient the harem route is the only route she gets executed and that happens to be the one she’s going for
