So I know the author had to nerf Ray since he’s getting a bit too OP, but having the goddess take away everything because he wants to leave the Holy Nation to help others is akin to disowning your child because he wants to eat a piece of candy. He helped the Holy Nation beyond anyone’s imagination and yet the goddess is like “Nope, you’re done”. I genuinely think the author wrote themselves self into a corner, and had to shoehorn this in to get more story. At least as of this chapter.
