By ch. 17 the plot is so blurry and characters so undeveloped that it plays out like a dream sequence. It seems like it should be read like one, and that makes it readable if you’re not sensitive to cliché. There are emotional flavors that I don’t see often which is all the more dream-like.
Asian and has doctor in the title. Looks like a “treat”. Or was turd the word I was looking for?

As per usual my only complaint is they take to long to get anywhere in this manga
THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL MANHUA. Divine power from God and even healing magic beats medical knowledge 9 out of 10 times, probably more than that too. The MC uses his medical knowledge like 4 times in ~80 chapters and most of the time it’s BS that probably wouldn’t work so well irl.
The MC is just good at everything, with no flaws. He’s a the best doctor, remembers every disease, plant, chemical compound, he’s a chess master, and also a sword master because he took kendo before and can now beat every sword master. He invented his own method of using mana so he basically one shots everything because he’s unrivaled in magic (I don’t mind this if he wasn’t so op).
The translation is pretty bad halfway through but gets better. Also in this midway point, ~chapter 40, it feels like the author couldn’t decide on an idea, plots and characters were just coming and going at light speed and characters seemed to just teleport around, it feels like you’re getting flashbanged or whiplash from the plot while reading.
Overall it starts good and with great potential but flops hard later on. It kind of picks back up later on but it’s not really worth it. And yes he’s a saint and abuses the power, the title is a straight up lie.

the first maybe 10 chapters have a lot of potential and everything after that fuc king sucks
it was really interesting up until chatper 50 or so. then it just goes no where, and boring af.
A 4.1/5 for me. It has cool parts in it but random shit keeps popping up and I don’t feel like its been going anywhere.

Weird name for the series when the mc become a saint from like 20 chapters in this story and will be up to chapter 100
In later chapters there are few times where the mc wants to quit being a saint but still be it.
And being a doctor is just to save few people life in methods that still use magic to do the job.
I am not a fan of these medical stories but in this one there is not a lot of it.
MC dont talk about his past life to anyone and it’s a big secret then in around chapter 90 the mc parents say that he is in the hero bloodline and then say that to everyone he know like on the same day where as parents warn him to not talk about it or look into the past of heroes cause that is dangerous
