Finally!!! He does what a doctor would. Gives a diagnosis and does surgery. Not fighting necromancers and/or heroes, but just doctory stuff.

Sister prolly was a genius before being isekai’d, I mean the typical Isekai protag would be like “disgusted” at the sight of difficult-language study like medical book especially when he realize it’s from his previous world and especially when there’s already healing magic…
Then again realizing healing magic was not all mighty like one dreams to be would be a big shock
