Summary

A brief description of the manga Tune In to the Midnight Heart:

Arisu Yamabuki found comfort in the voice of “Apollo,” a radio broadcaster, when he was by himself in bed at night. But one day, she just stopped airing without giving a reason.

After some time, Arisu is currently a second-year high school student. He decides to look for Apollo since he has something important to tell her. Despite not knowing her true name or appearance, he is able to gather some information about her through the broadcasting club at his school.

There, he meets four girls who all want to work somewhere where they can use their voices to their maximum potential! Who is Apollo, and what will become of the dreams of those four people?

Him refusing to let Apollo reveal herself at the start is a bit of a wobbly foundation for this whole story. He said he will figure it out himself, but then never did any active investigation after that encounter even though it was, supposedly, very important to him and the reason he joined that particular school and club.
He accepted the whimsical romance of the youth that he previously denied as valid, acknowledged feelings the girls have for him twice… and nothing really came out of it.
The drama is absolutely meaningless and the same iteration of “I’m afraid that our romantic feelings for MC will ruin our friendship” between girls and MC’s version “I’m afraid that romantic feelings will ruin their carrier aspirations” that gets resolved almost instantly.
They are all best buds in spite of conflicting love interest.
The flash-forward already confirmed the happy ending.
It’s OK for weekly consumption, as individual chapters are great, but if you take a step back and examine the story so far as a whole – the plot is too loose and drags its feet. :aimeboy:

alright, I want you to hear me out. 8.3/10, by the way, but I know that the MC can seem so incredibly annoying at first. Please, please just go with it. It gets so much better very quickly. By chapter 10 I can guarantee you won’t mind. Anyways, its great. Good art, yadda yadda. Read, yes. Now.

11: My favorite manga/manhwa of all time, forever.
10: Stop. Read. Now.
9: An outstanding performance in every single category, and more.
8: A work of art that perhaps is not fully fleshed out, but pretty close.
7: Very good, and definitely give it a read when possible.
6: Fun, engaging, but nothing special.
5: Decent, but somewhat boring. I liked it, but you might not.
4: Questionable, but I won’t tell you not to read it.
3: I definitely wouldn’t recommend you read this, but it could be worse.
2: It couldn’t be worse.
1: At this point, why bother?
0: Avoid at all possible costs. Read at your own risk.

Fanservice? Definitely there, 7/10 for fanservice. (I’m not doing this on quality, but rather quantity)/

underrated ahh romance manga, the MC may seem narcissistic and annoying at first but he grows on you as the MC actually helps the girls improve on themselves and the way they develop feelings is also quite realistic

So this is a top-tier Romance Harem Comedy. The MC’s narcissism actually works, and each of the waifu’s have their own unique personalities as well. But the real winner is the Swole cat pic in the comment section of chapter 47…. Just sayin.
