Ass 4/10 the 1.5 for plot and 2.5 for fan service 
My advice to those who are new to READING is “Speak good or stay silent”. No one need nor want to hear your childish tantrums in every series you read-and-hate. Be mature enough, might the same author and artist of the series you love and like to read… Be human enough to realize you are just Mindless Hypocrite everytime you show off your dislikes to the author and artist in front of the public. 
Why this is shit it’s made with a typical manhua style as if the writers and readers do not evolve past the age of 12. For one the main protagonist always have the same mentality of no equality gender bias, “oh you want a bow of rice I get to fuk u” every woman in this 12 year old wet dream are dumb needy or portrayed as hookers. Manhua love to make there characters a now it all with no emotions with a mythical army generals personality. Well anyways I barely made it chapter 15 wanted to stop at chapter 4..
Read until ch 45, easy 10/10 for now

Since an Manhwa called
Since an Manhwa called “, Global Freeze” kept getting compared to this “Doomsday Ruthless Man”, I decided to give it a read. And after I read up to 100+ Chapters of “Global Freeze”, I can now say with certainty, it’s not worth your time. In the beginning Chapters it’s entertaining. LOTS of similarities to this Manhwa, which I cannot deny, but the difference is in Execution, and there are indeed differences, like how Superpower’s are given more attention in Doomsday Ruthless Man compared to Global Freeze, MC for a long time is literally the only one with Powers, making it impossible to oppose him. However, just like my previous comments, it’s “Who did it better?” And I can confidently say this Manhwa did this kind of Story better. After you reach the middle chapters of “Global Freeze”, it gets boring. Due to one thing, MC became too evil without a Good Villain to compare. It became too predictable since MC would never lose, and too Unlikable due to MC becoming too Evil without a good Villain to compare with. Global Freeze MC became the very Monster’s he hated in his Previous Life. I can certainly and confidently say that Global Freeze is worse than Doomsday Ruthless Man, in this Manhwa the Villains are “Bad”, no action of MC here will alienate Readers “Too Much” compared to Global Freeze where the MC There literally plans to kill Innocent People just because he wants to. MC in Global Freeze became the Villain, and not a likeable one. This is really like the debate between “Reality Quest” and “Quest Supremacy”, Reality Quest and Doomsday Ruthless Man is better, that it doesn’t matter who copied from who. What matters is who did it better.
Since this Story kept getting compared to “Global Freeze” I decided to check it out. Yep, there’s similarities. But, there’s also differences. And I’ll say this, depending on what you read first, you’ll either love this one and hate Global Freeze and Vice Versa. All I’ll say is, this is better because of the Pacing. Bad thing is it has too little Chapters while Global Freeze has 200+ already. It’s kinda similar to the debate of “Quest Supremacy or Reality Quest?”. Of course, Reality Quest is better along with Doomsday Ruthless Man just on how they approach the Story.
From the title I already know it’s going to be a great read.
