Wearing suspenders with anything more than a C cup is difficult. The hip hugger lowriders do NOT suit her at all. More fitting would be a pants style that comes to about 2 inches (in her case, 1 foot) below the navel, and have about 2 inches of material above the beltline. Suspenders can be worn with this, and fastened either inside the beltline or outside, as per preference. Practical, warm and dressy.
Those suspenders have only one purpose: to make it clear that she can’t even wear them. They are truly Sus penders
