At this point, given Allen’s goal is to protect Anna and his family, the smart move would be to have the Ramslet family side with the Est Empire. The Central nobles are a hostile bunch of complete idiots. The country has enemies on all sides, by having Anna’s family side with the invading forces it would minimize damage of a civil war. Sure the Kingdom would cease to exist but Allen has no reason to give a shit about that.

So it begs the question of what the conditions are to receive the saintess blessing. At a minimum the monster attacking the elves is a mandatory event, but that is already accomplished so who/what/why bestows the saintess awakening and did you need something from the Elves for this? Or can you just talk to a holy rock in the sewers or some such nonsense to get it?
