Come to think of it. This is another one of those “WE’LL JUST SUMMON HEROES TO AID IN OUR TERRITORY CONQUESTS AND CALL IT ‘DEMON KING SUBJUGATION’!” situations, isn’t it?
I mean, there’s already an established demon territory! WHY EVEN WASTE THEIR TIME?!?
Then again, that same country already tried throwing adventurers into the war. WHY NOT THROW WARRIOR CHILDREN THAT WERE ESSENTIALLY KIDNAPPED INTO THE MIX?!!?
I didn’t like the way how some of the soldiers were rude towards the MC, especially because they came from a different unit demanding him to boil potatoes, but I guess it was a show of camaraderie and he is a soldier.. though at this point the MC should really get a huge promotion for carrying the shit out of his side, normally they should get crazy benefits, support and resources just so that they wouldn’t consider changing sides.. I really want the MC to either be acknowledged by his own side and get awarded properly, or for him to change sides or just gtfo from war. He is strong enough to be appreciated anywhere he goes.
