At this point keeping your knowledge a secret is actively harming the world. The mc is a cowardly idiot. Literally tell someone about your knowledge of these events so that plans can be put into place AHEAD of time. Holy shit stop waiting for things to happen and start being proactive. This mf learned very early in the story that the events of his previous life are happening much faster this time around.
