I love shatshuka and so glad the judges called out the eggs not being poached in the sauce(it is the whole point of the dish).

I cook a lot as a hobby and I am by no means a professional chef, but dear god that is a lot of oil. You think you used 200ML? Oh, buddy, I think you should think again.

I was thinking the same thing, pre-cooking a fried egg will make it either cold or overcooked when you do eat it!
