side note, i always find it funny to read french in a manga. Every time, i just keep saying to myself: but… that’s not how we speak in my contry??? Like when you pick up the phone, usually it’s ‘allo?’ or ‘oui, allo?’ not just straight up OUI! i don’t know if it’s like that in England or in the US tho… (i think you say hello?).Or when the guy says d’où vient-il? (meaning the call), i know it’s for the sake of the story but damn… gotta be really weird to ask first from WHERE the call came from and not from whom… Anyway, i just find it funny how akward french can be in these type of foreign … works?books?
