I would just write something that would kill him.. like he hunts because he is going to die in a few minutes, because he save a high authority’s life he was given freedom for his last wish and that is to find someone who he can pass his skill to and he decide to hunt to find someone worthy of it. The end.

He should write, (He’s so rich and weak that the villagers dont mind since hes not even strong enought to break open a door.)
sorta hypothesis that outside the will of the creator, there’s also a greater will of the world. Ivelia might’ve already been there, but the mc “realized” it instead of “creating” it.
This is plausible if you want to consider the world as any type of realistic. Otherwise, characters must be forced to be considered as npcs.
There could also be brainwashing and whatnot but i don’t rly care bout that
