It was a ridiculous piece of fiction, one that I’d be ashamed to call a novel. Yet, that was exactly what I was transmigrated into.
Larsen Mayton.
I became that supporting character, a wretched scoundrel who got purged at the age of 17.
Now, as the writer and creator, I shall reshape the world of the character Larsen Mayton.

I reached chapter 64 after having hated every single chapter of the second season, so I won’t bookmark this title.
My feelings about this story:
– non existent world building. The story revolves very strongly around the MC and for the almost entirety of S1 we don’t hear or see anything about this world but 3 families, one for the sword, one for fight, one for magic. The story is narrated in such a way that it seems like they are all what this world amounts to.
At first it’s ok but later on it becomes boring.
– there are so many plot holes that a Swiss cheese would feel shy in comparison. And the writer uses the “plausibility correction” card in a weird, ineffective, and completely arbitrary way.
– there is literally zero character development. ALL characters stay the same from beginning to end.
– the MC spends several years at the sword clan while also being trained by the martial clan. We barely see any training at all apart for a stamina training once, nor any significant interaction with his best friend (the original protagonist of the novel). I have never ever experienced something like that in the thousand stories I’ve read and watched. EVER. It was the most underwhelming and disappointing training arc ever.
On top of that, the MC who at the age of 9 had acquired 2 circles in few months, now at 14 is still at the second circle for some bs excuse.
– the second season is complete crap. Suddenly the mother looks like his younger sister, he looks like he’s 20, everybody has a huge head on a weirdly proportioned body, the tiger clan has ugly human hair on top of their tiger head (one of the most laughable things I’ve have ever seen in a non comedic story), the firekin girl behaves more childishly than she did at 9 but she’s 14 now, all his encounters so far have been meaningless and clearly forced for plot convenience. The story feels rushed and empty.
The first 2 dozen chapters were very exciting, but after the third dozen the story very much declined in quality. From that moment I often felt like I wanted to drop. I should have. I do now.
Nah 5/10
AS OF CH 52, I’d rate it a very nice 7/10. For starters, the worldbuilding is just very weird. In the beginning instead of feeling like a world it feels more like a literal book. The characters feel monotonous and the story is kinda cliche. Luckily it gets better later on. The MC is just the Overpowered Main character like in most manhwas, but respectfully takes L’s because he made the important characters literally the geniuses of geniuses. The art is alright, but then it was revealed that the author pumped out 40+ chapters in a single month and that is serious dedication. Recently the art has been looking AI generated, but you can tell that the artist also just improved.
TLDR: 7/10. It’s janky and scuffed, but the story is enjoyable.
this is peak !
He’s weirdly convinced someone can’t change in 2 years when I’ve seen a bigger turnaround over a single summer break. Add in a potential life-altering event here or there and it ain’t that weird…
Wait… didn’t Draco Malfoy here say he wanted to protect his mother? Why would he put such a spotlight on her?
it’s not the fact that there is a break but that they left on a major cliffhanger that makes me angry!!
I’m very annoyed he just forget about the library where he learned his most useful skills. Before he had to little magic to read all the books but now he has enough to binge read them but just ignores this. I mean it makes sense story wise as otherwise he would be OP within 3 chapters but it’s still annoying it was introduced like this and then never used again
Really good, Mc isn’t to op and there is a good balance
If I am going to be honest, I didn’t have the greatest expectations at first since it seemed like a copy, (not to say that almost everything else isn’t almost a complete copy) but it was decently entertaining.
7.6/10
Read: 35/?
Honestly, after I read the reviews, I had very low expectations. However, It was pretty entertaining. I’ve read many of the same premises + art styles of Korean manwhas that is has gotten quite stale. Regardless, I was expecting the mc to power over everyone in every confrontation. Though it may have seen like that in the beginning, the mc loses more of his battles against people at the time of this review. To add a cherry on top, there’s always a reasoning behind each “cliche” or reward, which is unusual for these type of stories.
It’s a pretty good read, but it isn’t anything noteworthy. Better than some other ones I have read though. (I did bookmark this)

great story line at the moment, but can they keep this up?
It’s entertaining and well paced but that’s all it has going on for it. It’s cliched as hell and a complete powertrip, 27 chapters in and MC has yet to face any serious challenge or struggle, everything gets handed to MC by luck or by stuff that he didn’t knew despite being the creator of the world.
For example he created a main item that made him immune to poisons, yet the item also gave him a mini sidekick ( because as we know those can’t never lack in these kinds of mangas ), which also gave him access to ALL the elemental powers, because you know, MC not having a power is not how powertrips are done, MC needs ALL the powers.
Everyone is constantly amazed by MC and how grandiose he is, it has been 27 episodes of MC constantly surpassing everyone’s expectations and doesn’t show any sign of stopping.
Again it’s entertaining, but it’s a mediocre story.
it’s worth your time, mc is intelligent an we can see his strength progress. The art is good, the story is good, definitely a great manhwa
