Reaching 60 chapters.(i dropped )

The development of the character is pretty bad despide the author effort put through this 60 chapters that i read.
Hes training , hes getting artifacts…powers and everything a protagonist would wish ((BUT)) hes basically useless in every fight or any important event happens .

Don’t get me wrong i enjoy development of such series but this development that the author chose is very bad at the point that the protagonist is like a secondary character.

Every important event , someone’s helps him (always ) . Any new character even the 5 years old girl with zero background show better potentials-powers and results that the Protagonist showed until now .

Basically a linear story that after a period doesn’t offer anything and it becomes a very copy paster of similar events with the same Results .

I tried to enjoy for 60 chapters the development of the protagonist but is the same with the 1st 2/3 episodes ..(I acknowledge the effort-try of the author in the creation of the protagonist but for me it took the wrong route )

60 chapters…best mage potential and used just some fist techniques.. 6/10

So far, the story has enough diferent characters to make it interesting. The Mc development is… well, taking ain to account the fact that he aint a kid, but the writer who created that world… It would be like a purgatory in wich the author of a novel wonders why they wrote such cruel fates and twisted personas… also, why did he evoque certain feelings. Instead of plainly punctuating this Series, id recomend to explore it as if it was your own story but now you’ve sobered up and wonder why?

Trash. The plot, story, and art is something I can’t believe in a rate of 4.4 when this should be at least 3.9. So trash that I don’t even get where the fuck the plot is getting and what’s the story into.

Action adventure without much action or any adventure. I made it to chapter 46 and i drop this.

The point is to live past 17 years old and the mc is a novel writer that end up in it’s own novel as an extra like typical. Then makes a lot of butterfly effects and each time is surprised that the story changes. Like the first thing was that the MC character was total bustard and then turned to nice guy should already be massive butterfly effect.

Every sibling in the family is basically a psycho. At first mc is op as heck to get 1st circle for magic for 9 years old and on his own while other family members got it after turn 10 and go trough some body refining or something. And when the mc turn 10 he goes trough that also and then like week later already have 2nd circle. Then goes to learn or train in martial arts and sword arts but that is not shown or anything. Have duels with pare hands against some sword guy that the mc wrote to be op who can’t be beaten by anyone in same age. Even tough that dont matter as we understand the MC is older as in days or months older but with same year number.

So far i have not understand the point of the story. Yeah the mc want to live past 17 but it’s not some health issue as it was the cause that the character was bustard and his mother died that was like the last thing that hold him alive. That also didnt make much sense as the mother was like a maid and then never invited to parties or any family gathering. Like when the mc turn 10 then the mother was not present as not invited.

World setting is also weird as they have like hologram training house that looks like modern glass box house while they seem to live in the realm of medieval at most but in European style nobles. There is a talk that they have cars but these are for like kings only or something while the mc is part of a family that should be the top end as most powerful. Travel trough portals and so on in long distances as jump trough several of them.

I reached chapter 64 after having hated every single chapter of the second season, so I won’t bookmark this title.

My feelings about this story:
– non existent world building. The story revolves very strongly around the MC and for the almost entirety of S1 we don’t hear or see anything about this world but 3 families, one for the sword, one for fight, one for magic. The story is narrated in such a way that it seems like they are all what this world amounts to.
At first it’s ok but later on it becomes boring.
– there are so many plot holes that a Swiss cheese would feel shy in comparison. And the writer uses the “plausibility correction” card in a weird, ineffective, and completely arbitrary way.
– there is literally zero character development. ALL characters stay the same from beginning to end.
– the MC spends several years at the sword clan while also being trained by the martial clan. We barely see any training at all apart for a stamina training once, nor any significant interaction with his best friend (the original protagonist of the novel). I have never ever experienced something like that in the thousand stories I’ve read and watched. EVER. It was the most underwhelming and disappointing training arc ever.
On top of that, the MC who at the age of 9 had acquired 2 circles in few months, now at 14 is still at the second circle for some bs excuse.
– the second season is complete crap. Suddenly the mother looks like his younger sister, he looks like he’s 20, everybody has a huge head on a weirdly proportioned body, the tiger clan has ugly human hair on top of their tiger head (one of the most laughable things I’ve have ever seen in a non comedic story), the firekin girl behaves more childishly than she did at 9 but she’s 14 now, all his encounters so far have been meaningless and clearly forced for plot convenience. The story feels rushed and empty.

The first 2 dozen chapters were very exciting, but after the third dozen the story very much declined in quality. From that moment I often felt like I wanted to drop. I should have. I do now.

AS OF CH 52, I’d rate it a very nice 7/10. For starters, the worldbuilding is just very weird. In the beginning instead of feeling like a world it feels more like a literal book. The characters feel monotonous and the story is kinda cliche. Luckily it gets better later on. The MC is just the Overpowered Main character like in most manhwas, but respectfully takes L’s because he made the important characters literally the geniuses of geniuses. The art is alright, but then it was revealed that the author pumped out 40+ chapters in a single month and that is serious dedication. Recently the art has been looking AI generated, but you can tell that the artist also just improved.

TLDR: 7/10. It’s janky and scuffed, but the story is enjoyable.
