The heck !? Did really no one notice that ? Let me explain :
When he woke up, he said that he was starving, after that he fainted for 5 whole days :
- How is he not dead from dehydratation ?
- How is he not starving anymore ?
- Considering he somehow survived the 5 days without food and water, how is his body in such a good shape ?!

Likely no. Most of what people think is zombie poop is actually what was left behind by the people RUNNING from the zombies.
