I mean by in large the leader is often part to blame for people under him being corrupt coz someone as powerful to be called the heavenly demon must know or have an idea that there’s people in his cult that are corrupt
Yet allow that disease to fester why? For short term stability? This raises so many questions….like is his dad strong but dumb enough to not utilize his strongest and smartest advisers to do something about it before it gets bad? Coz even before mc regressed if he knew neither of his sons was capable why not personally raise a replacement or someone to take over if he ever died?
Or maybe he’s one of those pessimistic ppl who believes nothing matters and everything’s pointless
