Well, I usually like non orthodox mc cuz unlike the so called righteous, they have no mercy for despicable, irredeemable ppl, so yeah, in a way they are a lesser evil that keeps the worst kind in check, I can understand the point, but I would argue that it’s for their own good and for the good of the people they care about, presenting it like this as if it’s for “great cause of fighting evil” is righteous sect kinda cringe tbh… It’s doesn’t fit the demonic sect mindset that I’m used to see.
Awful writing and complete nonsense in general.
Orthodox and Demon path have nothing to do with either good or evil. The moral absolutes are prominent in western cultures and eastern are more concerned with karmic relationships, which is a canvas painted by moral relativism.
