I really love how this is focus on diplomatic that doesn’t just fighting which is really good to see
the way these two act makes me think there’s some sort of homoerotic tension for each other
I must say, the exchanges between the characters in this manhwa are really geniusly written, making each one personnality shine in such a believable way.
Tha’ts quite rare in martial arts manhwa, not unprecedented either, however i don’t think i’ve ever seen that highlighted to such a degree.
Respect for that.
And all is well and everything because it goes with the main plot of wanting to change the demonic cult while outrooting what makes it rot from within, but I hope that is only a build up into some fancy action with the “united” cult and the characters fighting side by side trusting each others. It really is hyping so I hope it won’t disappoint.

i can’t really blame the shackled guy but he still wants to take him that shows he really doesn’t hate him (i really wanna this type of result with all the tsundere girls who play hard to get they annoy me)
it’s funny and kind of sad how dense he is and only now that the reality of losing the shackled man is hitting him. he has tons of priceless treasures but the most valuable is probably the shackled man.
