Look at that monstrous image again it tells us a lot about master.
All the Large Tentacles – His reach great and vast beyond many.
The Many Eyes – His vision might and there is little that escapes his gaze.
The Large Maw/Mouth – His influence is far greater the many realize.
The Great Hand with a Sword – His skills are like that of a God and a Sword is his divine instrument.
Altogether paints a very terrifying image.
I know some people have said that its not the leviathan, but technically leviathan is depicted as a monstrous sea creature with tentacles in some texts, other talk about it having multiple heads, some say its like a crocodile so there is no clear picture to it, but think the author went with the other depictions combined which think works well with story so far.
You shake hands with a man only to realize he’s an living horror beyond imagination.
I also like the callback to the zeno graybull fight with the tentacles. How when master 1st attacked it sensed a horror about to wrap around its neck. Now we see that horror goes even deeper.
Lastly new student spotted. Hope other magi student doesn’t get jelly.
