I mean… If it’s the truth it’s the truth. Maybe the culture in the South (as the ghost mc said) does produce a lot of eccentric people. Just call a spade a spade I say. Though in this case he’d been on that bookshelf for 300 years so he may not be correct anymore.

One torture cast per month sounds strange and inefficient. 
And spells having “cooldowns” – that’s a first. Hope it’s just her mana pool issue.
