I feel like the Author could have turned around Ness’s belief in magic into a more impactful thing on the field too. For example, when Hiori and Isagi made play without eye contact. He could have seen it as magic in his eyes, instead of disgusting. I believe he still has potential to be a nicer character. Heck his introduction was better than kaiser’s. There’s still time for change, hopefully
