Just as “MHGR” said in his SsetthTzeentach Morrowing Review Reaction, Organizations of the past didn’t have Long-standing Organizations dedicated solely to one thing like we in the modern world do now with our Government’s many branches, bureaucratic organizations, agencies etc… they’d have things that are needed at the moment then discard it once it’s over like here, the “Special Inspection Force” only became active now, as it was needed now, and was created just now. One didn’t exist before, well….I guess the Penal Law Hall and Finance Minister served almost the same purpose, so their mission’s and operations kinda overlapped, but the Special Inspection Force is more Dedicated to it’s goal and mission.
Also, is the “Jeoksa Family” Outside the Demon Cult? Or is it outside the City of the Demon Cult? That it would allow MC to escape? I want to understand the Map of all this.
