why call it chapter 0? usually a chapter 0 is just a spoiler that needs to be skipped but i had to come back to this after reading chap 1

I got a little disappointed, i thought it was the kind of story where he would use his 12 years of experience in the real world to fight beasts.

To my understanding he WAS getting sleep even if it was on a bit of a poor condition, and there weren’t any clear signs that he was getting sick
So I don’t think him getting the bloody nose and dying of bloodloss is because of him not sleeping
