all i can say about his skill
He is a veteran who is from a ruthless company they say, so why our mc stats like that?
It’s not that it takes time. I think he just didn’t die at all before, for a regression to usually take place the character needs to be in a near death event or after death. So he prolly either didn’t die or he is the cause of the regression itself Because he hate the weak. If that makes sense? He wanted the world to be full of strong players?

wait, isnt that severely op? Like what are the limits of it? does it only give the extra points only with severe differences or do minor differences count? like if he made his friend eat something totally different then he would have before would that count?
That is a really fucked up situation. So basically he either succeeded or failed the final dungeon. If succeeded then as a reward he wanted to go back into the past to undo all of the horrors but as a cost he wouldn’t remember everything.
Or he failed and had some opportunity to have a do over?
Regardless this is one of those mangas that will stretch the truth to chapter 500.
