Exceeding limits can only be handled by reincarnated people - Chapter 14

I really liked the start of the manhwa, everything I read. I will definitely continue reading this.
But I don’t understand the decision that he can use all the skills simultaneously? What’s the author’s plan for his remaining six slots? if he can copy all skills and just use them it’s a bit wasted, isn’t it? Just as a design point, you make up the system, and you leave it open like that?
wouldn’t it be more interesting if he could use the remaining six slots to change out all the skills World Ruler copied? so yes, he can be a 6 star magician, or a 6 star fighter but not both at the same time? it still would make him super mega op, but later he would have to fight against 7 star or even 8 star monsters! and then the high elves, that have even more slots (or something) and he would need to use trickery and strategy, and the fact that he has access to every little specialised weird skill like “Erecting Barries against Light Magic infused with Dark magic but only on the third tuesday every 17 year, 2 Star” which nobody every uses, because, why. but he has trillions of skillls (he just needs to walk around in a city, visit a Fighting Arena, Teleport to different countries, all that while invisible and blahblah) so of course he has this specific one for this enemy.

It is blatantly obvious that i am, and never will be, a good author ;), but this is just lazy world building. It would be so easy to change nothing to the story but make the magic system more intersting.

Still a very good story, especially comparing it to the thousands of similiar stories out there.
