Ah, I remember binging the absolute hell out of this Manhwa, though… I never finished. I Intentionally dropped it halfway through bcuz i absolutely had enough of how annoyingly stu,pid the Main Character is.

Let’s list the Positives:
1.) This has PEAK Perfection in Art Quality and Fight Scenes! Reminds me of “Tales of a Shining Sword”. If you love the Art of that, you’ll love the Art of this.
2.) An Awesome Murim Manhwa. Damn good, the Worldbuilding, The Faction’s, The Story, Characters and so on.

Now, let’s list the Negatives:
1.) The Main Character, The Main Character of this Manhwa is it’s biggest and only weakness. The main character is INSUFFERABLE and Infuriating with how much of a Pus,sy Pacifist he is. MANY a times he has met individuals, groups or just problems that could’ve been solved with Lethal Force AND THAT HE WAS JUSTIFIED IN. For example, the MC meets an serial killer who takes the teeth of his victims and he has just killed a Whole Family, yes, A WHOLE FAMILY. What does MC do? He doesn’t kill him, instead, he sends him to prison. 😑
MC holds back too much, he holds back more than Superman and Batman. 🤦‍♂️ He literally let’s himself become a punching bag and many times almost dying or getting the people he cares about killed or taken hostage ALL BECAUSE HE DOESN’T KILL. And the fact that he isn’t using his Power to it’s fullest potential in the Political World of this Murim. He could rebuild his Master’s Organization and conquer the whole of Central Plains, but he doesn’t. ESPECIALLY when this would benefit not only him, but the whole of the Central Plains. The Central Plains is a lawless place, where people like that aforementioned “Teeth Stealing Serial Killer” exist in the uncountable thousands. It is a wartorn land. It being united under someone as unparalleled in strength like MC WOULD BE A BLESSING. And I know for a fact that the MC would be a great ruler (At least in times of Peace, if he doesn’t forgo his No Kill Rule.) because of how self disciplined he is. But he doesn’t. 🤦‍♂️

Side Characters are legit more interesting than the MC in this Manhwa tbh. You’re better off not reading this Manhwa, you’ll not lose much as well. ESPECIALLY if you extremely dislike Pus,sy Pacifist MC’s.

I recommend reading “Memoir of the War God” or “Tales of a Shining Sword” or “In the Night Consumed by Blades I Walk”. These three are better to read than whatever this Pus’sy Pacifist BS is. Like, seriously, THE MC IS A PACIFIST IN THE MURIM. WHAT?! 🤣 A pacifist in the Murim? Oh my God. 🤦‍♂️ MC wants to be Jesus bruh.
