through this logic then whenever he dies by someone he has to do the whole thing again from this starting point? That’s messed up.

i assumes bros main goal is to somehow seal his own power and break his cycle of regression
So because he died happily and was offered one more life ( again) he decide that making it so a demon king appeared ( probably cause since there is none he can’t really die ? ) and actually dies from a hero created from the said demon king.
Then his mission will be over ?
So clearly said he chose a mass genocide and to make people completely crazy just for HIS comfort.
Instead of asking for help from the others.

Well, this kind of powers are indeed fkd up 
reminds me of how I view Eren Yeager having to relive the same events over and over again
after the demon king (sword hero) die i reckon he has one mor regression to fix everything hopfully

So the relationships are kinda ironic seeing into this timeline the return hero made
The vampire hero and Magic girl hero are together
Shield and Sword are together (even though sword decimates her in this run)
The original spear hero seems to be the girl in the beginning and she marrys the return hero
