I realized it probably should mention that the flashbacks are partially or mainly a issue in this story.
I’m gonna read this story from start to finish either when the story is complete or when a lot of chapters have been released ( at least I hope, I’ve skipped the flashbacks 2 times now)
I’m gonna try and force myself to to see if the flashbacks are worth reading contrary to my disdain for it.
I just couldn’t bring myself to read any of them except the one involving the power ranger hero and the key hero.

SO basically hero of return orchestrated all this to make the sword hero become demon king so the hero of return can die. THE REASON WHY is because he cannot die of old age, death by suicide, etc. Only a demon king can kill him so he can’t revive. He does this because he is slowly going crazy and doesn’t want to be responsible for 8 billion people’s lives. Keep in mind he had died over a hundred-thousands of deaths. He also lived a good life with his own family and making one as well but after death of old age, he just comes back in time to see everything revert to the moment he came back to earth again, with his wife forgetting everything which lead to depression for a while. So he basically isn’t the villian, he just suffered way too much. Anyone would go crazy after experiencing his story. He’s basically Subaru in a sense.

Idk why people are trashing this, it’s AWESOME
The story telling literally connects each point and the designs and fights are impeccable. The can connect with each and every character regardless evil or good. This also represents the line “villians aren’t born, their made.”
The reason why this Manga has low rating is because of kids who can’t understand how the story goes because they just want Mc to have a harem and op skills
I forgot to mention this Manga has no literal Mc yet as everything is still building up for the conclusion. The battles and deaths make you tear up and empathize with all characters.
Overall
10/10 story telling
9/10 art style
10/10 characters (even side characters)

the main culprit is the mc the hero return. up to chapter 136 my favorite character is hong hwarang, but why the fuck after chapter 136 he become a villain like the mc. it turns me down

Honestly, I don’t get it. How can a hero who have killing a Demon Lord still act like a nerd and coward when he return to his own world? For a hero, he couldn’t even solve the bullying problem that targeted into him. what did he learnt from his fight in another world anyway? How can those struggle failed to make him mature as a man?

Don’t you know that the giant monsters that he fought in another world were more dangerous and stronger than the bully that he face in the real world? But how can he act like a coward kid when he return to his own world?

That’s weird, and very very illogical for me.

Story could’ve been good but it drags too much in my opinion, it spends too much time on side stories and flash backs.

The hero of return is the main villain. In order to kill himself he spent a couple hundred thousand tries ruining the sword hero, because the sword hero was too good of a hero, in order to turn him into a demon king so that he could die for good. He orchestrated the entire plot the one thing you could say is that he’s trying to clean up after himself.

The author wants to do a whole season of flashbacks instead of finishing the plot.

Judging this simply based on chapter 1 people expect this to be a ‘revenge porn’ manhwa ala redo of healer, and then are shocked when instead of the villain being the main character the main character is a victim of said person.

I read through a decent portion of it simply because I was curious and enjoyed reading it. Not really my cup of tea, but it was fun to read regardless.

probably going to get downvoted for this because the people who hate this patrol this thing for some reason.
