I Became the Successor of the Martial God

Character art was ok, solid 7/10 and somewhat unique so I gave it a shot, but the plot is honestly bad.

It’s supposed to be the hardest route in the game, but because the MC has intimate knowledge of the plot and all secrets, it’s just a walk in the part all the way through. At no point do things go off the rails from what the MC knows to create any sort of tension, it’s just problem > MC knows solution > problem solved according to solution, or just straight up go to X no one knows about and get powerup.

The world feels much more artificial than other comics with similar themes (Solo Max Lvl Newbie, I Became the Tyrant of a Defence Game, Heavenly Demon Cultivation Simulation, The Extra’s Academy Survival Guide) to the point where all relationships seem fake. Everyone responds the way the NPCs in the game would respond, the MC is aware of this and exploits it fully without going off-script.
There’s potential to be better later on if the story becomes unpredictable to the MC, but up to chapter 40 I’d rate the plot around 3 or 4/10, 5/10 for the total package.

Man he can escape from the clan but still cameback and hes father whos humilate him in front of all people and do things like that no recommend if you are bored or wasting time you can read
