World’s Greatest Senior Disciple

Really.. This could be a good manhwa.. but im disappointed after read it until chapter 59.

The art of this manhwa is sure eye catching. Its flashy combat, art details and especially its colouring is the strong point of this manhwa. But this level of details are not everytime sadly.

The story is generic wuxia. Nothing to complain about it.. BUT its cliches and plot sure is irritating!!! In the beginning you probably enjoy reading this manhwa, but after some few chapters, you will realized if the plot and cliches mostly built from either ignorance or misunderstanding. You also might notice if the author even use it in chapter 0! Some of the plot even feels forced for me.

I might be totally biased by this way of writings. I tremendously dispise it. Because for me, misunderstanding cliche is the most cheap, horrible, and worst way of writing. This will simply ignore personality, relationship, history, and even previous plot(s). Yet the author keep use it non-stop! Thus the cliche and the plot after that isnt and wont be organic imo.

For character build, so far its okayish. Some of the side characters have their own story. Even tho its short, its still acceptable.

I will still recommend this manhwa for you to try.. especially if you just a light reader and eat whatever author try to serve.
