Them respawning isn’t all that surprising is it they are by technicality monsters in the dungeon and the other monsters respawn soooooo

I assume it is a camp blacksmith. Seems to have about the right complexion (and beard) for a dwarf.
Alternatively, it may be that Dark Souls character type that he reminded me solely because of being bald and the setting they’re in. Patches, is it? Probably not though, as people talk about a blacksmith and they would definitely be more at place in a starter camp like this.
