I still don’t get why she in particular should become a slave. She came later, didn’t destroy anything, saved him from a knife in his guts and is about to become his slave because… what again? It’s kind of like grabbing a random person from the streets, saying you looked at me and now become my slave. This sort of common sense defies my logic.

That girl is too eager in becoming a slave. The way she snuck into the MC’s bed nearly nude last ch. (before she was even under contract) indicates that she is either extremely horny or is an idiot, or even both.
From the way the Adventure Guild is acting, those two lassies should be high ranking adventurers. Usually, it’s a job that does odd jobs and mercenary work. It also emphasizes individualistic “freedom” and motivates their members through money and fame. If shit goes down in one branch, the adventurers would leave to go to another. If even the high-ranking members are being turned into slaves without being able resist, would anyone even want to be an Adventurer here?
Other than locals, no one would want to stay and start migrating out in droves; making the whole town/city less safe overall.
So unless the Alchemy GM has a plot hatching here or a grudge she’s trying to fulfill, her actions don’t make sense.
This is just a rip off of rising of the shield hero but completely gutted of all actual action and story.
They lost the concept of him using his skills….not to mention no one cares about the rest of this harem shit I just want some action and op mc moments “woops annihilated themou rain again ahahah normal stuff” type shit
