This hasn’t updated in over a year but I tried it because I had time to kill. Read what was available in less than an hour while doing other things, figured I’d leave a review for anyone else who finds this randomly.
I know I shouldn’t expect high things from cultivator-type stories but this… is kind hilarious in how bad it is. Starts off with a somewhat interesting premise, with the implication that a lot has happened with the MC at the empress in chapter 1.
Thus his loop restarts and he avoids that path – again, a chance to be interesting. But there is little to no explanation on who he is, his goals, or anything else – and it’s been 18 chapters and he hasn’t had a single conversation with his new pupil about anything other than making sure she’s fed, and whatever medicine he’s giving her at the time. We see no teaching or just general interaction between the two that would warrant calling it a teacher-student relationship.
