So let me get this straight,
The pope / arc-bishop is truly a benevolent person whom goes in disguise to the slum?
If so, will he approve of MC’s healing method?
I think I was fine when it was just MC doing doctor stuff
People who think WHO not doing somethings similar must be naive to the greed of humans.
I figured they would weaponize diseases at some point when humans have a monopoly on healing magic, but I never thought the first victims would be some poor folk. Still, I’m glad humans aren’t a monolith. The slave trader and the child sniffer being irredeemable villains is something I can support the Stars new world order on.
Oh, look! It’s another group of humans that desperately needs their faces to be bitten off by monsters!
Sigh…seriously. 
So the six stars and the arcbishop, they have an odd way of thinking. If i understand correctly they dont heal if you don’t pay (usually) but they wont stand either that people spread curses/diseases to even the penniless folks and make them suffer ?
I interpret it as they fear the diseases spreading farther into human society, which they try to make thriving because humans are above everything and all this crap, so this is unforgivable for them.
But am I wrong and they are a few really good guys or with different degrees of empathy ?
